as a whole. This essay will explore the
various factors leading to sleep
deprivation, its detrimental effects, and
propose solutions to address this
pressing issue.
Effects of Sleep Deprivation
The consequences of sleep deprivation
are far-reaching and can have a
profound impact on an individual’s
overall health and well-being. Physically,
chronic sleep deprivation is associated
with an increased risk of obesity and
diabetes due to disruptions in hormonal
regulation. It can also impair the
immune system, making individuals
more susceptible to infections and
illnesses. Furthermore, sleep-deprived
individuals are at a higher risk of
accidents and injuries due to impaired
motor function and cognitive abilities.
Cognitively and mentally, sleep
deprivation can lead to a decline in
memory, concentration, and cognitive
function. Emotional instability and mood
disorders are also common among
sleep-deprived individuals, leading to
decreased overall well-being. Reduced
productivity and academic
performance are additional
consequences of chronic sleep
deprivation, affecting individuals’ ability
to function optimally in their daily lives.
The best day of the life
I’m sure that everyone has many days in their life that can be called “the best day of the life”. This time, hearing such a question, the first thing that came to my mind was 2019, the day of the concert of my favorite musical group. It wasn’t even a real concert, just a concert-film that was shown in cinemas.
My sister and I have been huge fans of a Korean boys band since 2018…We listened to their songs every day, we didn’t miss a single show with them, and of course we wanted to go to their concert. And one day it was announced that their concert-film will be shown in cinemas. Due to the big fandom, it was very difficult to get tickets. But we did it somehow.
The concert was amazing and exciting… The whole hall was singing and dancing, which made me forget for a moment that I’m not even at a real concert. it was a very unforgettable day, 4 years have passed, but I still don’t forget how excited I was that I couldn’t even sleep that day. It’s been 4 years, but I still keep the ticket. I can honestly and without exaggeration consider that day one of the best days in my life, if not the best.
My Favorite Book
It was very difficult to choose, which book I should write about today. Because I usually read Chinese novels. And they are also amazing, beautiful stories that I want to talk about a lot, but it is very difficult to explain and understand Chinese novels, because of the Chinese culture and very long and complex names.
Therefore, my choice settled on a book that I love no less, Trilogy «All For The Game».
I believe many will argue or think that this book is about sport. And this, of course, is partially true. About a fictional sport that doesn’t exist in our reality, EXY. But I can argue with that.
Because this book is also a thriller very terrible and cruel events take place in it. And therefore this book raises very important problems of society, problems that unfortunately many of us face. Starting with the relationship with parents, ending with murders with the mafia, injustice… And that’s why many people like this book, because they see themselves in some of the characters. So another reason why I like this book is the characters. They are very real, very interesting, and the author did a very good job of revealing each of the characters, which is, however, controversial topic in the fandom.
And even if this book is not mainly about love, and love is not the main thing hear, I still think this book has a very beautiful love story. It’s about two very traumatized people, who find hope and a reason to live in each other.
It’s been about a year since I read this book, but I still can’t get over it. One of the best books I’ve ever read.
Spring has Sprung
Lately I have begun to perceive spring as a breath of fresh air, as motivation to do something, as inspiration… Spring has sprung and it seems the world has become more beautiful, more colorful…
I don’t know if it’s just me, or if everyone starts to romanticize everything they see: flowers, trees that have already bloomed and look just lovely, and even rainy weather.
Spring time is special. It inspires to create something new and always contains emotions of joy and desire to work.
And now spring has sprung, everyone is starting to make a lot of plans, like going on a picnic with friends, because nature is simply calling to you…
It’s as if nature wakes up, the birds start singing, everything turns green… Life just starts to feel better.
Spring is just too gorgeous.
The role of parents in our life
The role of parents in everyone’s life is decisive or at least very important.
From a young age, everyone, looking at their parents, forms an idea about the structure of life and the world. And they take an example by looking at their behavior and lifestyle.
Even if we do not take into account those simple, obvious details, the support, advice, words said by parents will not be compared to anything.
Parent’s speech is capable of calming and instilling faith.
And of course, the kind of person a child will grow up is mostly depends on his parents, or at least on the environment where he grew up, and of course on himself.
And no one will even deny how important the role of parents is in everyone’s life.

Արևիկ Արզումանյանն իր «Մարկեթինգ և գովազդ» հետազոտական աշխատանքում ներկայացնում է գիտահեն ու ճշգրիտ ինֆորմացիա այս առավել քան արդիական ոլորտի մասին, ինչին առնչվում ենք կյանքի տարատեսակ բնագավառներում։
Աշխատանքը բաղկացած է ներածությունից, հինգ գլուխներից եւ եզրակացությունից՝ ներառելով թեմային վերաբերող բոլոր մանրուքները։ Կարևոր չէ ՝ինչ տեսակի ապրանքի հետ գործ ունենք, առաջնային է մրցակցային շուկայում կայուն դիրք ունենալու և պահպանելու համար ճիշտ ռազմավարություն մշակելը։ Մարկեթինգին զուգահեռ պիտի աշխատի թիրախային գովազդը, որը նաև տպավորիչ ու մտապատկերում արագ տպվող պետք է լինի։ Այդպիսի օրինակ է «KitKat» շոկոլադե սալիկի գովազդը՝ նստարանի տեսքով։
Հոգեբանությունը ևս խթանիչ գործոն է մարդկանց մանիպուլացնելու և գիտակցությունը կառավարելու համար , բոլորս էլ գիտակցաբար, թե անգիտակցաբար տրվում ենք դրան։
Յուրաքանչյուր ապրանք ներակայացնելիս կարևոր է թիրախային լսարանի ճիշտ ընտրությունը։ Օրինակ գրիչ վաճառելու համար պետք է հասկանալ ՝ ինչ գործառույթներ է այն իրականացնում , և ըստ այդմ ընտրել լսարան։
Հետազոտական աշխատանքը գրելիս վերլուծական համապատասխան գործիքների գործածումը հնարավորություն է ընձեռել հեղինակին ստանալ ամբողջական , մանրակրկիտ ու գիտահեն նյութ։
